I cannot find any prices for cars on any websites or places around here. i need to find out how much a corvet would be to rent for one day for my wedding in 2009. Does anyone know of a good website or place to find quotes on cost of a rental?
I live in Indiana in a very small town near Fort Wayne. There are alot of dealers close by, but nothing seems to want to give me a quote without actually saving my date. is this normal?
depends on where you live. Where i live there isn’t any rental company’s that carrie those types of cars. Try a chevy dealer and see if you could rent one from them. My dad sometimes rents mustangs out to people for special events.

soo i want to rent a car just for the day [ im 16 but my dad will be takeing care of everything im just gettin the info on it. ] i called up avis rental it was the only one open on sunday and i asked how much will it cost to rent a car for the day and he told me 22 dollarss !? is that righ !??

Does anybody knows them? Because they want to charge my card in full in advance.
This is obviously a third party rental co. they are renting the car from an actual car rental co. then re-renting it to you. I would not trust anybody who wants to charge me in full in advance. Sounds expensive. On an equivalent rental Avis will charge you around half what Alenda will.

Gonna fly into Orlando for 3 days( Nov 27-29th), thinking of going to two Disney theme parks, which two theme parks are worth going? Also thinking of going to one of the outlets/malls and do some thanksgiving shopping, any recommended places?
Is there a need to rent a car, we are living on 1850 Hotel Plaza Boulevard, Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830. For example, going to the hotel from and to the airport, going to outlets etc ( party are all under age 25 so if rent a car need to pay underage fee, and is priceline a good way to get cheap rental prices on cars?) Priceline can be a good way to get a cheap car rental price, although with the demand at Thanksgiving, the rates will likely be higher than usual. Just keep in mind that if you book a prepaid rate with Priceline, the underage fee will most likely be extra and the reservation, once booked and paid for, will not be able to be cancelled or modified in any way.

The rental price for a full-size vs an SUV quite substantial (SUV costs more than 3 times of a full-size Chevy Impala-type car). We’ll be going to South Lake Tahoe in late January, for 3 days. My husband has some experience driving in the snow. Will we be ok? Are there chain-required road stretches between the airport and SLT? We’ll be going to Heavenly. Thanks!
You will probably have to stop and put on chains once you get near the summit. But don’t worry, there’s always chain guys out there working the road. Depending on the price difference, it may be very well worth it to just have one of them chain up your car on the way up the mountain. Especially if you’re talking over $100 bucks in difference between the rentals.
Also, how much are you planning on actually driving? If you’re staying down in South Lake in a centrally located area, and are only planning on skiing Heavenly, then don’t even get a car. Just take one of the shuttles. The area around Heavenly and the casinos has gotten packed over the past few years with all the restaurants and shopping you could want. And its all in walking distance. AND Heavenly has a gondola that goes right down to the street near the casinos and other hotels.
